Daniel Vespi is an attorney who represents clients in matters involving real estate, business and corporate litigation, family law, employment issues, immigration, juvenile dependency/CPS, appeals, and other consumer matters. Known for a thoughtful, strategic, and results-driven approach, Daniel works closely with individuals, businesses, and organizations to provide practical legal guidance tailored to each client's goals and circumstances.

Daniel has a strong background in litigation and oral advocacy having conducted well over 100 trials in his career. He advises clients on issues involving juvenile dependency/CPS, landlord-tenant matters, and appeals, with a no-nonsense approach on delivering clear advice, strong advocacy, and efficient solutions. Daniel is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal challenges with confidence, whether through negotiation, litigation, or proactive risk management.

Daniel previously served as the managing attorney at a mid-size law firm in San Diego. He also spent over nine years litigating cases as court appointed counsel representing parents against CPS. Daniel also currently works as an attorney for the Housing and Economics Rights Advocates (HERA) and serves as appointed counsel for the California Court of Appeal. He earned his J.D. from California Western School of Law and attended undergraduate at the University of Central Florida (UCF).
